Roomy paddocks keep them safe from predators and are moved daily to fresh grass. Once the birds reach a certain age and can fend for themselves they are given unlimited free-range access. Their diet of greens and insects is supplemented with a quality, non-medicated ration.  In winter, the birds are housed indoors with unlimited outdoor access when weather permits.   Wild Turkey x Royal Palm This combination of the hardy, self reliant Wild turkey and the heavier Royal Palm produces a vigorous, medium sized strain sporting attractive plumage.                   Characteristics:  Attractive and very hardy. Able to roost in trees and reproduce naturally. Does best on a free-range system.
